My healthy lifestyle journey began with moving to the United States. In a new country, I first started experimenting with my nutrition, became familiar with Ayurveda and fell in love with practicing yoga. My goal was to completely abandon diets and form a new healthy lifestyle instead where good health, positive energy, and joy are essential elements of every day. At the same time, I always tried to find my personal balance, because healthy lifestyle should not lead to extremes, become an unhealthy obsession and deprive common sense. Sometimes we just need to enjoy being not perfect. I love green juices, but I will also say “yes” to fun times with friends, and joyful family dinners.
After I started experiencing significant improvements in my wellbeing, appearance and even in my thoughts, I decided to create this blog. I wanted it to be an inspirational platform, where my friends could find simple vegetarian recipes and tips on easy approach to healthy lifestyle. Soon enough, I realized that I wanted to understand the impact of proper nutrition on health at a deeper level, with all science behind. This was the starting point in my desire to go back to school and start studying dietology. That is where I am now.
