I recently shared a few pieces of my raw lemon cheese cake with my friend, and today I got a text from her, which I am incredibly thankful for. She said that it is so amazing that my vegan treats are usually much more easy than regular desserts and as yummy or more…
I am absolutely happy, when I hear something like that. I want to cry out loud: Yes! Yes! It is! Let’s turn away from sugary processed stuff and enjoy delicious healthy treats. It is so easy.
Today I am sharing my three favorite raw truffels recipes. It takes from 5 to 15 minutes to make and tastes absolutely delightful. Let’s do this.

Instructions:
Soak pitted dated in hot water for at least 10 minutes.
Meanwhile add the rest of ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse it.
Add dates to the mixture and blend it all together until the mixture resembles a sticky crumb.
Use your hands to shape the mixture into balls.
Roll the balls in the extra coconut and place in the fridge to set.
