Love Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • ½ tsp soda
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • Splash of vanilla optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix in a blender peeled bananas, eggs, oatmeal, soda and sea salt until smooth. Leave for 10-20 minutes until the batter slightly thickens.
  • Cook on medium heat.
  • To make small pancakes use 1-2 tablespoons of batter, or put 4-5 tablespoons if you want regular size pancakes.
  • Serve with fresh fruit and natural syrup.
