Method
- Mix in a blender peeled bananas, eggs, oatmeal, soda and sea salt until smooth. Leave for 10-20 minutes until the batter slightly thickens.
- Cook on medium heat.
- To make small pancakes use 1-2 tablespoons of batter, or put 4-5 tablespoons if you want regular size pancakes.
- Serve with fresh fruit and natural syrup.
