Pre-made Green Smoothie

Servings 2 -4

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup organic cashew yogurt or almond milk
  • 1 cup of water
  • Bowl of spinach or three handfuls of spinach
  • 6 celery sticks
  • 1-2 green apples
  • 1/2 of lemon or only lemon juice
  • A small piece of ginger
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 2-3 tbsp of high-quality plant-based protein powder I use organic pumpkin seed powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash apples and celery.
  • Chop apples and celery sticks in small pieces,
  • place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth consistency.
  • Store in the fridge in a glass airtight container.
