Spicy Crispy Chickpeas ?

A simple, healthy addition to salads and more
- 1 can chickpeas make sure the can is BPA-free (or 400 g. cooked)
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. cumin powder
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 2 tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp sea salt
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- * Or any other combination of your favorite spices! In the US I like using Trader Joe's Taco Seasoning Mix.
Rinse the canned chickpeas. Blot with a paper towel,
In a separate bowl, mix the spices with the olive oil, add the chickpeas and mix thoroughly.
Spread into one layer on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C / 375 degrees F until the chickpea is crispy
