  • 6 celery sticks
  • 3 Persian cucumbers small cucumbers
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 sour green apple
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 inch of ginger
  • pinch of cayenne pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash vegetables and cut them according to the size of your juicer.
