Walnut Turmeric Balls
Easy and nutritious snack with turmeric
- ⅓ cup of walnuts
- ½ cup of rolled oats
- ¾ cup of soft pitted dates
- 1 tbsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- *FOR COATING*
- turmeric
- coconut flakes
- goji berry powder
Blend together nuts, oats, cinnamon, and turmeric until broken down.
Add dates and process until a dough form.
Make balls and roll them in a chosen coating.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
