Walnut Turmeric Balls

Easy and nutritious snack with turmeric

Ingredients
  

  • cup of walnuts
  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • ¾ cup of soft pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • *FOR COATING*
  • turmeric
  • coconut flakes
  • goji berry powder

Method
 

  1. Blend together nuts, oats, cinnamon, and turmeric until broken down.
  2. Add dates and process until a dough form.
  3. Make balls and roll them in a chosen coating.
  4. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
