You can never go wrong with juice, especially green, especially in the mornings. I honestly feel the best those days when after my morning yoga, I have fresh green juice. It might sound “too healthy” or “too much to do” for someone, but from the other perspective, it is an absolutely great investment in your health.
Great energy, good mood, and glowing skin are only some of pleasant benefits of drinking green juice. Additionally, juicing it is not that difficult and time-consuming process; if you are still thinking, just give it a try! 😉
After we tried many different brands of cold-pressed juices, we figured that homemade juice is definitely the best option. There is always the right amount of greens, sweetness, and spices.
Today I am excited to share our favorite recipe. This green juice tastes amazing and gives you a great energy to start your day beautifully.
- 6 celery sticks
- 3 Persian cucumbers (small cucumbers)
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 sour green apple
- 1 red apple
- 1 lemon
- 1 inch of ginger
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- Wash vegetables and cut them according to the size of your juicer.
- Juice everything up.
- Enjoy your juice fresh!
